1. "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank Mastercard Business Credit or Debit card.
2. "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card
3. The Offer can be availed only on making full payment using an eligible ICICI Bank Mastercard Business Credit or Debit Card issued in India.
4. Offer is valid till July 31, 2018.

6. To avail this Offer, cardholder should login to his/ her account or create an account, if he/ she is not registered

Threshold spend to qualify for the offer is calculated on the basis of product/service/booking cost only and excludes all taxes, VAT, etc. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by cardholder and/or billed to the account of the cardholder.
8. No two offers can be clubbed together.

11. 12. Any dispute relating to the Offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
