Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Grofers, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Offer” refers to the presentation of Gift Vouchers, upon the Customer using ICICI Bank internet banking services, during the Offer Period on the Website, in accordance with the Offer Construct.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from September 10 to September 20, 2020.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.grofers.com
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer :

• Customers who have not done any transaction past 3 months using Net Banking as payment option are eligible to receive a Grofers Voucher worth ?200. Online purchase that make the Customer(s) eligible for the Offer are as below:
  • Bill payments
  • Food ordering
  • Investments
  • Insurance
  • Online Shopping

• A Customer can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.
• Minimum transaction amount is Rs1000.
• Customer who receive the communication are eligible.
• Eligible Customers would be informed through communication on their Secured Inbox or by SMS, about the Gift Voucher, within 90 (ninety) working days’ post end of the Offer Period.
• Offer is not valid on Void Transactions.
• Top 1000 customer everyday between 10^th to 20^th of the month will be eligible for this offer.

Gift Code Terms :

• Get Rs.200 as Instant discount through the website (www.grofers.com)/ mobile app using your unique Gift code
• Please enter the Gift code received by you in "Promo Code & Bank Offers" on Payment Options Page on Grofers
• This will effectively result in Rs.200 instant discount on the transaction on Grofers
• This Gift Code will be valid till 3 months (from the date of the issue). No extension for the same will be provided under any circumstances
• This Gift Code can be used only once
• This Gift Code cannot be used along with other Promo codes or bank offers while making a transaction on Grofers
• The gift code does not cover delivery charges, packaging charges, tip amount or any other extra charges applicable on Grofers for order processing. These charges would still be payable additionally after applying the gift code.
• Gift code is not redeemable for cash or credit. It is also not returnable/ exchangeable/ refundable.
• No duplicate Gift Code will be issued
• Grofers shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this Gift Code.XXX
• This Gift Code is issued by Grofers India Private Limited.
• This Gift Code is property of Grofers India Private Limited to whom it should be returned on request
• Grofers reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice
• Dispute/s subject to Gurugram jurisdiction
• The Gift Code is applicable within India in cities where Grofers is operational

GENERAL TERMS PRESCRIBED BY ICICI BANK

• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products and services of third parties, payment for which is made by use of the ICICI Bank internet banking services and complaints, if any, about the same shall be re-directed to respective third parties.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to ICICI Bank internet banking team within 5 days after the date of the transaction/purchase. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify eligible Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by use of ICICI Bank internet services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customers selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, before or during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customers is voluntary.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the Customer
• The Offer is non-binding and non-encashable.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
