ICICI Bank i-safe

At ICICI Bank, convenience and safety of your account is of utmost importance. In view of this, we introduced "i-safe" an application to enhance the security of your online account with additional authentication of One Time Password (OTP), which is sent to your registered mobile number.

In event of any unusual activity in your Internet Banking access pattern, 'i-safe' will generate One Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile number registered with us. Authenticating the OTP on Internet Banking 'One Time Password Authentication' page is mandatory to access your account online.

*OTP is sent on registered mobile number to Resident and Non Resident Account holders.

Benefits
