You can generate your Debit Card PIN through multiple channels.

iMobile

To download the iMobile app, SMS iMobile to 5676766

  • Log in to iMobile
  • Select ‘Debit Card’ under ‘My Savings Account’
  • Click on ‘Generate PIN’
  • Select the Account, Debit Card number and CVV
  • Enter the PIN of your choice and click on ‘Submit’.

ATM:

Step 1: Generate One-Time Password (OTP)

  • Insert your ATM/Debit Card
  • Select 'Generate ATM PIN' option on the language screen
  • Select 'Generate OTP' option
  • Enter the registered mobile number and registered Date of Birth*. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.

*In case of a Joint Account, please enter your Date of Birth of the Primary Account holder.

Step 2: Generate ATM PIN

  • Insert your ATM/Debit Card again
  • Select 'Generate ATM PIN' option on the language screen
  • Select 'Already have an OTP, generate ATM PIN' option
  • Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number
  • Enter your new ATM PIN
  • Re-enter your new ATM PIN
  • ATM PIN will be generated successfully.

You may block the Debit Card through any one of the following channels:

Internet Banking: 

Log in to <www.icicibank.com> with your User ID and Password > Navigate to Customer Service > Bank Accounts > ATM/Debit Card Related > Block or Unblock Debit/ATM Card.

iMobile: 

Log in to iMobile > My Savings Account > Debit Card > Click on ‘Card Block’ > Enter the required details and click on ‘Submit’.

ICICI Bank branch:

  • Visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch along with an original photo ID proof. Request for change in the Debit Card daily cash withdrawal or transaction limit.

iMobile:

  • Log in to iMobile
  • Select ‘Debit Card’ under ‘My Savings Account’
  • Change your limit under ‘Debit Card Limit Settings’.

You may change your Debit Card PIN anytime through ICICI Bank ATM, Internet Banking, iMobile or Customer Care.

 1. PIN generation through ATM:

  • Insert your ATM/Debit Card
  • On the Language screen, select ‘Generate PIN/Forgot PIN’ option
  • Select ‘Generate OTP’
  • Enter the registered mobile number
  • Enter the date of birth as registered with the bank in DD-MM-YYYY format
  • OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number through SMS.

Generation of ATM PIN after OTP is received:

  • Insert your ATM/ Debit Card
  • On the Language screen, select ‘Generate PIN/Forgot PIN’
  • Select ‘Already have OTP, Generate ATM PIN’
  • Enter OTP received on the registered mobile number
  • Enter your new ATM PIN
  • Re-enter your new ATM PIN
  • PIN will be successfully generated.

2. PIN generation through Internet Banking:

  • Log in to Internet Banking 
  • Select Customer Service > Service Request > Bank Accounts > ATM/Debit Card related > Click on ‘Generate Debit Card PIN Online’
  • Select the Account Number, Debit Card number and enter the CVV. Click on ‘Submit’
  • OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
  • Enter OTP received. Click on ‘Submit’ 
  • Enter 4-digit Debit Card PIN, re-confirm the Debit Card PIN and click on 'Generate Now' .

3. PIN generation through iMobile:

  • To download the iMobile app, SMS iMobile to 5676766
  • Log in to iMobile
  • Select ‘Debit Card’ under ‘My Savings Account’
  • Click on ‘Generate PIN’
  • Select Account, Debit Card number and CVV
  • Enter PIN of your choice and Submit.

4. PIN generation through Customer Care:

  • Please call our Customer Care from your registered mobile number

Loss of card must be reported immediately to the bank. ICICI Bank will take adequate steps in keeping with its policy to block the use of the card.

You may block the Debit Card through any of the below channels:

Internet Banking:

Log in to Internet Banking > Customer Service > Service Requests > Bank Accounts > ATM/Debit Card related > Block or Unblock ATM/Debit Card > Enter the details & click on ‘Submit’.

The DCARDFEE reflecting in your statement is the Debit Card Annual Fee. You may check the details of the Debit Card annual fee by visiting our website www.icicibank.com . The Debit Card annual fee is also mentioned in the Welcome Booklet that you have received along with your ATM/Debit Card at the time of account opening.

Fees

Debit Card charges are Rs 150 + GST per annum. For Gramin locations, the charges are Rs 99+ GST per annum.
