This is a Call Centre-based forex service channel offered to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India that do not have access to the treasury desk. Customers can access this channel post authenticating themselves with their Business banking identification card number and pin. On successful authentication, the Fx-On-Call officer assists customers with forex deal booking for remittance transactions. Additionally, customers can also give their disposal instructions for processing of inward remittances in a timely manner.
