We wish to caution such individuals and parties that ICICI Bank takes a serious view of such attempts at misusing its name and will take appropriate civil and criminal action against them.

ICICI Bank and its authorised partners are committed to strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including the provisions of Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010. ICICI Bank and all its authorised partners may make calls to prospective customers, who have not registered in the blocked categories of Customer Preference Registration Facility (NDNC), from registered telemarketing numbers beginning with 91-140 series.
