Adani One Exclusive travel deal with ICICI Bank Net Banking

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Adani Digital Labs”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.

• "Card" shall mean Credit card(VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.

• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 1st May, 2024 to 30th Jun, 2024both days inclusive.

• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Flight offer:

Domestic:10% instant discount up to INR 1000 on a min. transaction of 3000 INR

International: 10% instant discount up to INR 2500 on a min. transaction of 12000 INR

Hotel offer:

Flat 16% off up to INR 2,000 on MOV of 5,000

• To avail the Offer, Customer must first select the desired Flight for travel.

• Customer must then select the ICICI Bank offer from the list and enter E-Coupon as mentioned or directly click apply as listed on the offer page.

• On Adani one Offer Section: Customers can directly check the list of Offers on the platform from “Offer and Discount” page, select the desired Offer and book the flights from the same page as well.

• To avail Offers, Customers would have to apply E-coupon as provided.

• This Offer is valid on payment made through ICICI Net banking.

• The Offer is valid twice per user per promo per month throughout the Offer period.

• Pay using your ICICI Bank Net Banking account

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner

• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 5 days after the date of transaction/purchase.

• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

• The Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank shall mutually reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer.

6. The Offer is valid on booking twice per user per promo per month using the offer code. A user will be able to book two domestic fight & two international flight using single AdaniOne loyalty ID

7. Instant discount will be calculated on total flight fare which is Base + Tax (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees)

8. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of ICICI Bank, including offers from individual brands.

9. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer, ADLPL/Adanione reserves the right to deny the Offer to the Customers.

10. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria:

ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.

11. ADLPL/Adanione reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

12. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the ICICI Bank shall be final and binding.

13. By participating in the Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

In case a Customer pays through reward points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of Instant discount only if the “Paid amount through Net Banking + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.

17. Convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.

18. The Offer can't be clubbed with any other promotional offer.

19. All the tickets/bookings issued to the Customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.

20. In case of partial/full cancellation, the Offer stands void and Customer will not be eligible for the discount.

21. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, ADLPL/Adanione will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.

22. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

23. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.

24. In caseof cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.

25. All disputesunder this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. ADLPL/Adanione is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end

• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.

• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.

• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s by the Alliance Partner.

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
