I. Offer Details

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- en-cashable.
• The Offer is only valid on ICICI Bank Debit Card transactions completed through ATM PIN.
• Only one Dominos coupon per campaign winner will be provided
• Only 8000 Dominos coupons will be available to be distributed to the winners of this campaign. So only first 8000 eligible customers will be considered for the Dominos coupon code
• Offer period means period from August 10, 2016 to September 10, 2016 including both dates.

II. Steps to avail the offer

• Shop online for minimum of Rs. 1000 at select merchants
• Make payment using ICICI Bank Debit Card + ATM PIN
• Receive your Dominos voucher worth Rs. 250 on e-mail or SMS within 30 days from the end of the campaign

III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the ICICI Bank Debit Card user from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the ICICI Bank services.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
