  2. Place this request for any billing related clarifications for your Demat Account. Also you can give a request to recover the due amount or check if the due amount is recovered.
  3. You can check the status of direct debit/ECS for the Demat bill through the Customer Ledger option available under the Demat Menu from My Accounts section.
  4. We will be unable to recover the Demat charges, if the amount is blocked for trading.
  5. If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
  6. ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility, and will also not be liable, for your claims if the details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete.
