Activation / De-activation of Physical Statement

  1. We will process your request within 1 working day.
  2. Please place this request, if you would like to receive the physical statement at your mailing address or discontinue the physical statement.
  3. Incase, you would like to discontinue the physical statement, you would receive the soft copy of the statement on the registered email.
  4. Please provide us your correct Customer ID to enable us process your request.
  5. The Customer ID is the Cust Id mentioned below the address in your Credit Card statement.
  6. If you have provided your email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by email. Providing the email here will not result in an update of your email as recorded with us.
  7. ICICI Bank does not take any responsibility, and will also not be liable, for your claims if the details provided by you are incorrect/incomplete.
