Eligibility
- Your specified business vintage / related experience.
- You must be an existing entity and must be in a position to give us audited financial statements.
- You must not have payment arrears / financial irregularities at the time of sanction of the proposal.
- None of the borrowers / directors of the company / directors of its holding company or its subsidiary companies should be directors of ICICI Bank.
- Your proposal must be in compliance with all regulatory guidelines as specified by RBI and ICICI Bank from time to time.
