Demat Account Service Request Forms
You can download the Demat Account opening form and submit it at our Demat-enabled Branches along with the required KYC documents.
There is no fee for opening a Demat Account with ICICI Bank. However, a nominal fee will be levied based on services availed by you. Please refer to our service charges for details.
