Redemption of points
Redemption of points through the Xpress Rewards/Handpicked Rewards route will be applicable till April,10 2025.
If you do not wish to migrate to the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme, you may surrender your card after paying your total outstanding. No cancellation/ surrender charges will be applicable.

What is the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme?
ICICI Bank Rewards Programme is the new platform launched by ICICI Bank in August 2022. Under this new programme, a member can earn ICICI Bank Reward Points for all the purchases made on their card and redeem points against a variety of products on the new ICICI Bank Rewards platform. This programme provides an easier way to earn, track and redeem your Reward Points.
Where can I see the points accrued on my cards under the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme?
- Please follow the below mentioned steps to arrive at the Points Balance page:
- Selfcare Portal: Login to Selfcare Portal > ICICI Bank Rewards > Redeem Reward Points
- Internet Banking: Login to Internet Banking > Cards & Loans > Redeem Reward Points
- iMobile: Login to the iMobile app > Cards and Forex > Select Card to see available Reward Points.
