Terms and Condition
I. DEFINITIONS
- “Alliance Partner” shall mean Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. who has entered into the Existing Promotional Agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
- “ICICI Bank Current Account Holder” – shall mean a customer holding a current account with ICICI Bank.
- "Program”/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
- “Program / Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from March 31, 2020
- "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e-ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
- “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
- “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner -www.zoho.com/books
- “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the terms and conditions of the Existing Promotional Agreement . These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms of the Existing Promotional Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms of the Existing Promotional Agreement , these Terms shall prevail.

The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria:
- The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank current Account Holder selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s/Cardholder/s by the Alliance Partner.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and not encashable.
- The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
III. Steps to Avail The Offer
- Customers are required to sign up to create a Zoho Books account at www.zoho.com/icici
- Customers are required to link their ICICI Bank current account with Zoho Books.
- Customers need to perform an active transaction (for a minimum amount of INR 500/-) within one month from the date of signup to avail the Offer.
- Offer is applicable for a period of 1 year from the date of sign up. After the expiry of the said duration, the list price of Zoho Books that prevailed at the time of the sign up shall apply.
IV. Terms
- The use of Zoho Books provided under the Offer are governed by the Alliance Partner’s terms of service.
- Zoho reserves the right to discontinue the Offer to customers who do not actively transact during the one month period from the date of Zoho Books sign up.
- Communication of the Offer: The Offer shall be communicated to the customer’s in such manner as ICICI Bank may deem fit in this regard.
