I. Offer:

• Offer: 10% cashback on purchase of Rs. 6,000 and above on using ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards at exclusive UCB Stores only.
• Maximum cashback of Rs. 1,000 per transaction

1) Offer Period: 29th September to 22nd October, both days inclusive

2) ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product at exclusive UCB Business outlets through a valid Credit / Debit Card of ICICI Bank.

3) In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit Cardat exclusive UCB Business outlets PAN India during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

II. UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.
• Under this offer, ICICI Bank Customers will get 10% cashback on purchase of Rs. 6,000 and above using the ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards. Maximum cashback will of Rs. 1000 per transaction.
• Cashback will be credited in to customers account within 90 days after the end of the offer period.
• Any cashback escalation after 90 days shall be addressed on a case to case basis for another period of 60 days.
• Cashback will not be valid on online purchase
• The offer can be availed at all exclusive UCB Business Outlets.
• Offer will be valid from September 29, 2017 to October 22, 2017.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher that a customer might have received from UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) or ICICI Bank.
• All standard Terms & Conditions of UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) will apply.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed directly to UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) by the cardholder.
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
• The exchange/return of the Products shall be as per the policy of the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer will be available only to such ICICI Bank Customers making the entire billing amount payment through their ICICI Bank Debit /Credit card and not in cases where part payment is made using ICICI Bank Debit /Credit card.
• The Offer cannot be combined/ clubbed with any other offer or promo conducted by UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) at any time. The Offer is entirely optional and can be availed by eligible customers at their discretion. This Offer is valid from September 29, 2017 to October 22, 2017 (“Offer Period”) on the purchase of apparel or accessories under the brand ‘United Colors of Benetton’ at all UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) Exclusive Business outlets (EBOs) all across India and not in shop-in-shop outlets, factory outlets of Alliance Partner and online portals. UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable for non-fulfillment of any terms in full or in part due to any reason beyond control of UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.). The Customer(s) by participation in the Offer undertake neither to raise any dispute with respect to the discount against UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) nor to initiate any legal proceedings with respect to the same against UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.).

• Customer to visit any exclusive Business outlets of UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.)

• Select the products of their choice

• Make payment using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card.

III. ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• *ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.). Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• *ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.).
• *ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• *The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by UCB (Benetton India Pvt. Ltd.) in this regard.
• *No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.
