• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using eligible ICICI Bank Business MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards issued in India.
• The offer is valid till February 29, 2016.
• Under this offer, the cardholder will get ₹1,000 off on the purchase of ₹5,000 and above, using the Promo Code.
• To avail this offer, the cardholder should login to the TravelGuru account or create an account, if not registered.
• Offer is valid only for online bookings via the website www.travelguru.com or at m.travelguru.com. The offer cannot be availed on bookings made via the call center.
• Offer is not available on certain select hotels.
• Total minimum spends will be calculated on the basis of booking cost only, excluding all taxes, VAT, etc. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• No two offers can be clubbed together and no additional discount/ offer will be applicable.
• The discount offer can be availed only once during the offer period.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer or product/ services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to Travelguru at service@travelguru.com. • Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
