Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance partner” shall mean Zomato Media Private Limited, hereby referred to as “Zomato”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Gift” shall mean the electronic Gift vouchers provided by the Alliance partner
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI Bank Netbanking services issued by ICICI Bank.
• “Offer” shall mean the campaign for Digital carnival under which Gift shall be given to the Winners during the Offer Period
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 04, 2018 to January 31, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following website URL of the Alliance partner: www.zomato.com, and its tablet and mobile applications.
• Void Transactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected/cancelled/ been unsuccessful on the Website.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

 II. Offer:

• Rs 500 electronic Gift Voucher (eGV) of Zomato for the winners of Digital Transactions Campaign, 50 winners daily
• one-time use coupon codes only, valid for 60 days from the date of issuance

III. Steps to Avail the Offer

• Log on to www.zomato.com
• Select products of choice
• Enter the unique coupon code in the discount code on the Zomato.com checkout page

 IV. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• The offer is brought to you by the Alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating the offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner
• Value of coupon code will be INR 500 per code
• Users can use these codes while placing their order and they will get INR 500 off if their order value is equal to or higher than that. If the order value is lower than INR 500, they will get a discount equal to that of their order value
• Coupon codes will be one-time only, valid for 60 days
• The discount under the coupon offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts offered by Zomato
• User may contact Zomato In case of any queries regarding redemption of the coupon codes
• Zomato & ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify the terms of the Offer, or discontinue the offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
