I)DEFINITIONS

  • Alliancepartnershall mean Secura Technologies, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
  • Customer/sfor the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI Bank’s Net Banking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank or a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, current account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
  • Cardholder” shall mean a customer who has been issued a valid ICICI Bank Card.
  • "Card" shall mean Debit card/Credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
  • ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, current account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
  • "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
  • Offershall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit/Credit/Prepaid/Gift Card or Net Banking services.
  • Offer Period shall mean the period commencing from October 15, 2019 to March 31, 2020 both days inclusive.
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking service.
  • Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits offered by the Alliance Partner.
  • "Website" shall mean the following "website" https://securatech.in/ of the "Alliance partner"
  • VoidTransactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II) OFFER

1) Offer: Cashback of Rs 100 in the TataSky activated account on purchasing a TataSky connection from the online portal www.securatech.in.

2) Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer:

  • ICICI Bank Debit cardholder/s
  • ICICI Bank Credit cardholder/s
  • ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s

3) In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact online on the Alliance Partner’s Website https://securatech.in/ and shall be required to make payment through the net banking account or the debit or credit cards held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Offer Period: October 15, 2019 to March 31, 2020.

III)Steps to Avail the Offer.

  • Once customer is directed on Secura Technologies website www.securatech.in he/she will have to select a product & select BUY NOW option.
  • Post Buy Now selection the product will be added to customer cart, thus he/she will have to select VIEW CART option and confirm final product selection and Enter PROMO COUPON CODE ‘IBKTSKY’ and select APPLY COUPON option.
  • On Validation of the Coupon Code he/she will have to select PROCEED TO CHECK OUT option.
  • On Proceed to Check Out he/she will have to fill in Mandatory and/or Optional details.Mandatory details are as follows,
    • Enrolment Name
    • Installation Address
    • Installation Address Pin Code
    • Mobile Number (For Registration of Customer on Tata Sky CRM)
  • After providing the Details he/she will have to accept T&C by ticking the Box.
  • On confirming T&C he/she will have to select PLACE ORDER option.
  • Post Placing Order he/she will be directed to Instamojo Payment Gateway, where he/she will be provided options to make payments.
  • He/She will have to follow the payment steps to complete and confirm payment through ICICI Bank Net Banking account or ICICI Bank debit or credit card.
  • On Confirmation of the payments, a call will be generated by Secura support staff to the customer for re-verification of the details and product.
  • On tele-confirmation Installation WORK ORDER (WO) will be generated for selected product and customer will be intimated on the WO details via automated SMS from Tata Sky system on the Registered Mobile Number (RMN) provided.
  • Post WO generation Authorised Installation Service Provider (ISP) of Tata Sky mapped to the Installation PINCODE will tele-call the customer for confirming Installation time, accordingly the ISP Technician will visit along with the Goods and Install the Product and Activate the Services.

IV)Terms and Conditions PrescribedbyAlliancePartner

  • No Refund & Return will be entertained post Installation & Activation of the services.
  • On payment confirmation Secura will generate Work Order on Tata Sky CRM within 12-24 hours.
  • Post Work Order Generation, Tata Sky Installation TAT is 24 hours.
  • Post activation recharge of Rs.100/- will be credited in customer Tata Sky account within 24-48 hours
  • Recharge of Rs.100/- will reflect as credit in the Tata Sky Account, which can be utilised for Tata Sky Services and Packs.

  • For After sales support customer will have to connect with TATA SKY Helpline (1800 208 6633)
  • Secura Technologies support staff operations will be available for customer queries/support from 10am to 6pm excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
  • Product price is subject to change.

V)Terms and conditions prescribedbyICICIBank

a)Terms and conditions prescribed to ICICI bank Credit & Debit Card Holders

  • The offer is brought to you by the Alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating the offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner
  • The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
  • Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders is on a voluntary basis.
  • The ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders by the Alliance Partner.
  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

  • All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at without any reference to ICICI Bank.
  • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the "Alliance partner".
  • ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • If the ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders ceases to be an ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Holders.
  • ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the Alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
