I. Definitions

  • "Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet on the Pockets app by ICICI Bank or a person who is using iMobile application and is an Indian Resident.
  • "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI bank customers and non ICICI bank customers can get onboarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account/Credit Card customer/s, onboarding can be done through their Debit card grid or OTP whereas for non ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
  • "Offer" shall mean paying for Tata Sky recharge using ‘Scan to Pay’ on iMobile or Pockets either through the prepaid Card or the linked ICICI Bank Debit Card, during the Offer Period.
  • "Offer valid" from May 10, 2017 to June 30, 2017
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking facility/service.
  • "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
  • "Website" shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank.

    All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms and Conditions for mVisa : 50% Additional Balance Offer

Special Offer:

  • Tata Sky Limited (Tata Sky) has introduced a special offer called the mVisa 50% 'Additional Balance Offer'
  • Under this Additional Balance Offer any Tata Sky subscriber, who recharge their Tata Sky subscription using mVisa shall get 50% additional balance in their Tata Sky account upto a maximum of Rs. 100 per user in a single transaction
  • Eligible Subscribers shall mean all Tata Sky Subscribers.
  • Offer is valid for first 1,50,000 transactions
  • Each Tata Sky subscriber ID can avail the offer once in every calendar month during the offer period
  • Additional balance will be credited within 48 hours of recharge

Offer Period: This Additional Balance Offer is only for the period from May 10, 2017 to June 30, 2017

Steps to avail the Offer: To avail this Additional Balance Offer the Eligible Subscriber shall have to follow the following process:

For iMobile customers:

  • Open iMobile app & click on ‘Shopping and offers’
  • Select ‘Scan to Pay’ to proceed
  • Scan the QR code from TV
  • Enter the amount, select Debit card & enter the PIN to complete the transaction
  • Login to Pockets app & click on ‘Scan to Pay’
  • Scan the QR code that appears on your TV screen
  • Select the account to make the payment from Pockets wallet* or ICICI Bank Debit Card*
  • Enter the amount and make the payment *You don’t need to enter a PIN while making the payment from Pockets wallet, while paying through your ICICI Bank Debit Card requires you to enter the PIN.
  • Post successful transaction Eligible Subscriber will receive transaction confirmation communication from Tata Sky.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • This Special Offer is not redeemable for cash equivalent or any other items/offers.
  • This Special Offer cannot be clubbed with any other facility and/or offer made available on www.tatasky.com or Tata Sky Helpline or through an offer.
  • In addition to the terms and conditions stated here, the Eligible Subscribers shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Hardware Warranty Terms And Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions of Tata Sky Subscription Contract and/or Specific Terms and Conditions of Tata Sky Subscription Contract for Tata Sky Hardware provided on Entrustment basis and/or Everywhere TV Terms and Conditions and such other documents, all found on the Tata Sky website - www.tatasky.com. The documents referred above will be collectively referred herein as ‘Subscription Contract’. In the event of any inconsistencies between the two, the terms of the Subscription Contract shall be binding. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract.
  • Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever, to add or vary all or any of the terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this promotional scheme or to withdraw it completely or to change the composition of the Special Offer.
  • Tata Sky shall not be responsible in case of any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear network, disruption in the network and/or the charges that may be payable by the subscriber to any network operator. Any dispute in connection with the same should be settled between the Eligible Subscribers and the network operator/Banks without involving Tata Sky.
  • Tata Sky shall not be responsible for any problems that the Eligible Subscribers may face while transacting with respective Banks mobile applications and any disputes/complaints/grievances should be taken up with and settled with Banks directly.
  • Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable in relation to the Special Offer shall be solely borne by the Eligible Subscribers.
