Terms & Conditions (Credit Cards) :-

• Customer will be eligible for 10% cashback from ICICI Bank if eligible product is purchased using ICICI Bank Netbanking
• Offer is also valid on EMI transactions
• Offer is not applicable on ICICI Amazon Cards( BIN: 431581)
• Offer is valid on selected products. Please refer offer availability on Product Display page before buying
• Offer is not valid on the following categories:
  •  Baby Foods in Grocery Category
  • Cars & Bikes and Automotive Accessories category
• Minimum order amount should be equal to or more than Rs. 3,000 to qualify for cashback of 10%. Minimum spend on ICICI Bank Credit Card should be greater than or equal to Rs. 3,000 to qualify for cashback of 10%
• Maximum Cashback per card during the offer period will be Rs 1500. If the single order amount is equal to or more than Rs. 50,000 then there will be maximum of flat Rs.2000 per card during the offer period.
•  Cashback will be calculated only on the amount paid via ICICI Bank Credit Card Card
• All the applicable TnCs of "EMI / No Cost EMI" are applicable.
• Customers making payment through any other bank cards will not be eligible for 10% Cashback
• Cancelled and returned orders will not be eligible for Cashback/Offer.
• 10% Cashback from ICICI Bank will be credited in customer's card account by 17th November, 2020
• The campaign will run from 11th August, 2020 to 17th August, 2020 . However, ICICI Bank and Paytm reserve the right to extend or cut short the offer at their discretion.
• In case of any query regarding cashback from bank, kindly reach out to Paytmmall or ICICI Bank by 17th December, 2020. No query regarding the cashback from bank will be entertained post 10th December, 2020

GENERAL TERMS PRESCRIBED BY ICICI BANK

• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products and services of third parties, payment for which is made by use of the ICICI Bank internet banking services and complaints, if any, about the same shall be re-directed to respective third parties.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to ICICI Bank internet banking team within 5 days after the date of the transaction/purchase. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify eligible Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or otherwise by use of ICICI Bank internet services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customers selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, before or during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customers is voluntary.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the Customer
• The Offer is non-binding and non-encashable.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
