Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Bookmyshow, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing this Offer.
• "Alliance Period" shall mean the period commencing from 7th March 2017 to March 31st 2017, both days inclusive.
• “Customers" shall mean and include all the customers of ICICI Bank using ICICI Bank Net Banking who have subscribed to My Money
• “Gift Voucher” shall mean the voucher purchased from the Alliance Partner of value INR 100.
• "Offer" shall mean discount vouchers provided by the Alliance Partner on subscribing My Money using ICICI Bank Internet Banking
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 7th March 2017 till 31st March 2017 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking facility/service. "Website" shall mean the following https://in.bookmyshow.com of the Alliance Partner
• “Void Transactions " shall mean wherein the My Money subscription has not been successfully created using ICICI Bank Internet Banking

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available only for the Customers who have subscribed for My Money and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period. The communication would be in digital medium.
• Participation in the Offer by the Internet Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the Internet Banking User/s shall be required to subscribe for My Money during the Offer Period.
• The Gift Voucher and link to redeem the Gift Voucher will be shared, via secured mailbox
• In order to redeem the Gift Voucher the Customer shall be required to transact online on the Alliance Partner’s website or on the mobile app.

III. The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria

• The ICICI Bank Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the Gift Vouchers lasts with the Alliance Partner whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank or its Customer/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Customer/s has to redeem the discount voucher from BookMyShow website/mobile app during the Offer Period.

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Internet Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by Customer/s under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at helpdesk@bookmyshow.com
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount vouchers offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or ICICI Bank Internet Banking User/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• The terms and conditions of the Alliance Partner shall be applicable on the Offer.
• If the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User/s ceases to be an ICICI Bank Internet Banking user/s at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Internet Banking user.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the offer without any prior notice.

V. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Maximum one Gift Voucher can be availed in a transaction.
• The discount amount cannot exceed Rs.100/- per transaction. Any additional amount has to be borne by the Customer.
• Gift Voucher shall only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow Convenience Fees (if any) and/or any additional amount transaction to be borne by the voucher user.
• Gift Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period.
• Gift Vouchers shall be valid for 3 months.
• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only on website/mobile app of the Alliance Partner and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema hall or the venue box office.
• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for Movies/Plays/Concert/Sport available on website or mobile app of the Alliance Partner.
• Gift Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Gift Vouchers are valid all across India across all cinemas/partners associated with Alliance Partner.
• If lost/misused, Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced/refunded and cannot be revalued. The Gift Vouchers shall be void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated.
• In addition to these Gift Voucher terms and conditions of the Alliance Partner, Gift Vouchers and their use on the website of the Alliance Partner are also subject to Alliance Partner’s General Terms of Use and Alliance Partner’s decision shall be final in case of any dispute.
• The Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution shall be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Alliance Partner’s general rules and regulations are applicable.
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• In addition to the above, this Offer on the website is also subject to www.bookmyshow.com and ICICI Bank general Terms of Use. Kindly refer www.bookmyshow.com Terms & Conditions on the homepage.
• Customer/s shall be required to give personal information and card details online for the tickets purchased on www.bookmyshow.com or Alliance Partner’s mobile app.
