  1. What is the period between which I need to do a recharge transaction to get the cashback?
    Offer is applicable for mobile/ DTH transactions done through Mera iMobile between July 1, 2017 to July 31, 2017 (Both days inclusive).
  2. If I do the recharge transaction on iMobile will I be eligible for the cashback?
    Offer is applicable for recharge transactions done only through “Mera iMobile” application of ICICI Bank.
  3. If I do the recharge transaction of Rs.100, what is the cashback I will get?
    A maximum limit of Rs. 25 is applicable on cashback irrespective of the recharge amount.
  4. If I have used Mera iMobile to recharge my mobile number before the offer period, will I be eligible for cashback if I recharge within offer period?
    Offer is applicable only on FIRST mobile/DTH recharge transaction on Mera iMobile for an account holder. If the customer has done a recharge transaction before, via Mera iMobile, he /she will not be eligible for the cashback.
  5. Will I get cashback twice if I recharge my mobile and DTH separately within offer period?
    No. Offer is applicable ONLY ONCE for the first Mobile/ DTH transaction through Mera iMobile.
  6. How will I receive the cashback and in how many days after I recharge my mobile/ DTH during the offer period?
    Cashback will be processed and credited to the account of the customer within 15 days of the date of transaction on Mera iMobile.

Definitions

  • “Customer” shall mean all ICICI Bank customers who have a Retail Savings ICICI Bank account.
  • "Cash Back" shall mean Rs 25 credited back to the savings bank account of Customers if he is eligible under the Offer.
  • "Offer" shall mean the offer wherein the Customer shall receive Cash Back on fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
  • "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from July 1, 2017 to July 31, 2017 (both days inclusive).
  • “Valid Transactions” means Customers who have done a mobile recharge or DTH recharge (only one transaction) on Channel of INR 25 and above.
  • "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Merchant Establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
  • “Channel” shall mean Mera-iMobile application of ICICI Bank used by the Customers.
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the retail savings bank account of ICICI Bank as available on its website or otherwise.

    All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Details about the Offer:

  • Customers have to do a Valid Transaction using the Channel during the Offer Period of Rs 25 and above to be eligible for Cashback under the Offer.
  • Customers shall be eligible for the Offer only for their first Valid Transaction on the Channel.
  • Customers shall not be eligible if they carry out Void Transaction under the Offer.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank or its Customer/s.
  • The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
  • Cashback shall be provided to the Customer in their retail savings bank account with ICICI Bank within fifteen (15) working days from the date of Valid Transaction.

Terms and conditions of ICICI Bank:

  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
  • ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the products/services under the Offer provided by the any third party.
  • The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such Offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
  • ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods/services under the Offer.
  • Participation in the Offer by the Customer is on a voluntary basis.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer by ICICI Bank.
  • The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
  • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
  • The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank.
  • The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank is not responsible for third party products, goods, services and offers
  • If the Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank customer at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
