I. How do you avail the offer

• After booking the tickets on MMT android app, select UPI as payment option on checkout page on MMT app
• Select the desired UPI app on the screen.
• Offer is only applicable for UPI payments made through ICICI Bank applications iMobile or Pockets
• Non ICICI bank customer can avail this offer by making payment through Pockets
• In order to avail this offer payment needs to be made using ICICI Bank VPAs. That is VPAs created through ICICI Bank mobile banking application iMobile or Pockets wallet. These VPAs would have @icici, @imobile or @pockets in the handle name

• No deal code is required to avail this offer
• This offer is valid from 0000 hours on October 03, to October 20, 2017 2359 hours 

II. What else do you need to know

• Offer is only valid on domestic ticket booking done though MMT app through UPI as payment option using ICICI UPI apps which are iMobile and Pockets
• ICICI VPAs means VPAs created through ICICI mobile applications iMobile or Pockets. Payment made through any other UPI apps shall not eligible for the offer. ICICI VPAs would have @icici, @imobile or @pockets as VPA handle
• Non- ICICI bank customer can avail the offer by creating VPA on Pockets wallet and linking it to his non-ICICI bank account.
• This offer is applicable for 1 booking per VPA during the offer period
• The cashback will be credited to the payment source within 21 working days from the date of booking. Cashback will be credited to the account linked to the ICICI VPA as used for making the transaction

III. Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the cashback
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback has been credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees

IV. Other Terms and Conditions

• If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the user fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
