Terms and Condition

Definitions:

• “Amazon” refers to Amazon India Pvt. Ltd.
• "Card" shall mean a “ICICI Bank Sapphiro Travel Card”, “ICICI Bank Coral Travel Card”, “ICICI Bank Student Travel Card”, “Goibibo ICICI Bank Travel Card” & “ICICI Bank Multicurrency Travel Card”, loaded with the purpose of leisure and student only, which has been issued by ICICI Bank Ltd (“ICICI Bank”) branches or through internet banking” or through iMobile mobile application (“iMobile”), and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
• “Offer” means the providing the eligible Customers with a Redemption Code, as defined below, to be redeemed for a INR1000 Amazon voucher, upon loading Card with $1000 (or any other foreign currency equivalent to a $1000) in accordance with the Offer Details below.
• “Offer Period” is from 15^th November to 31^st January 2020, inclusive of both days.
• “Cardholder(s)" or “Customer(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank (existing & new customers), to whom the facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the standard terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank travel cards, applicable to your specific variants.
• “Redemption Code” is a code that will be shared by ICICI Bank, within 60 days after end of the Offer Period, with Customers on their registered email ID and mobile no. for redemption of Amazon voucher on Woohoo, as defined below.
• “Woohoo” is a voucher redemption website that will be used by eligible Customers to redeem the Amazon voucher.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been canceled by the merchant establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

Offer Details

• Customer can redeem for the Redemption Code for an INR 1000 Amazon voucher at Woohoo on minimum load of $1000 or equivalent foreign currency using ICICI Bank Card during the Offer Period. Cumulative load of $1000 or more will not qualify for the Offer.
• Only load done through ICICI Bank branches, internet banking or iMobile will be considered for the Offer.
• Customer can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.
• Redemption code shall be sent to the eligible Cardholder(s) within 60 days of the end of the Offer Period to avail the Amazon voucher.
• A Cardholder shall be entitled to only one Redemption Code/Amazon voucher during the Offer Period.
• The Redemption Code/Amazon voucher is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable.
• No substitutions or exchange of the Redemption Code/Amazon voucher, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Redemption Code/Amazon voucher on account of non-availability of Redemption Code/Amazon voucher, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Cardholder.
• The Amazon voucher is valid for six months from the date of issuance of the Amazon voucher.
• The load must be done with the purpose of “leisure” or “student” only. Customers must correctly choose the option at the time of loading to be eligible for the Offer.

Process of Redemption of Amazon Voucher:

• The Redemption Code will be sent to Customers through email and SMS for redeeming the Amazon voucher on their e-mail ID and Indian mobile no. registered with ICICI Bank in the travel card system. Customer will have to redeem the voucher on the Woohoo website provided by the bank for Amazon voucher redemption.
• Select the brand of the voucher as Amazon.
• Apply Redemption Code sent by ICICI Bank through email and SMS in “Enter Promo Code” section, to avail the Amazon voucher.
• Customer must enter their registered email ID and registered mobile number where the Customer wishes to receive the Amazon voucher.
• On successful authorization, voucher code will be sent by SMS & Emailer to Customer along with Amazon voucher terms and conditions.
• The liability of ensuring correctness of the information lies with the Cardholder.

Terms & conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customers due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customers. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customers.
• In case a Cardholder refunds or cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the voucher, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the Redemption Code/Amazon voucher.
• In case of difference between authorized transactions and settled transactions, authorized amount will be considered.
• In the event any alternative voucher is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude Cardholder from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Voucher shall in no event constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication/notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to the nearest forex branch executive.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such promotion cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the Terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
