Terms and Conditions for ICICI Bank Ltd. – LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED

DEFINITIONS

1. "Alliance Partner" shall mean “LIFESTYLE INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
2. “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid Card (defined below) issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
3. "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and Debit card issued by ICICI Bank.
4. "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
5. “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using the Card
6. “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from Tuesday 15th December 2020 to Sunday, 31st January 2021 inclusive.
7. "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
8. “Products/Services” shall mean the products offered by the Alliance Partner at its stores.
9. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

Offer: Offline Stores

1. All ICICI Bank credit and debit cardholders transacting at all Lifestyle stores Alliance Partner stores during the Offer Period as mentioned below will be given 10% cash back as per below offer construct.

• Offer 10% cashback on ICICI Bank credit and debit cards on minimum transaction value of Rs. 8000 & above at Lifestyle stores
• Maximum cashback is up to Rs. 1500
• Offer valid for the dates Tuesday 15th December 2020 to Sunday, 31st January 2021
• Cashback will be credit to the respective account within 90 days from the end date of campaign by the ICICI Bank.

Customers who shall be eligible(offline):

• ICICI Bank debit cardholders
• ICICI Bank Credit Cardholders

DEFINITIONS

1. "Alliance Partner" shall mean Landmark Online India Private Limited who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
2. “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid Card (defined below) issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer (defined below).

• Offer 10% cashback on ICICI Bank credit & debit cards on minimum transaction value of Rs. 3000 & above at Lifestylestores.com (Website & App)
• Maximum cashback is up to Rs. 1000
• Offer valid for the below dates i.e. Offer Period Tuesday 15th December 2020 to Sunday, 31st January 2021
• cashback will be credit to the respective account within 90 days from the end date of campaign by the ICICI Bank.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank :

• Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
• Images used in all the communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only.
• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Phone Banking Group, P. O. Box No. 20, Banjara Hills, P. O. Hyderabad - 500034".
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Cardholder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• The Offer is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Cardholder/s shall also be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Cardholder/s.
• Terms and Conditions prescribed by Alliance Partner
• No Applicable T&C from the Alliance Partner for this Offer.
