Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean INOX, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing various offers.
  • "Customers" shall mean and include all the customers of ICICI Bank using ICICI Bank Net Banking, iMobile or pockets app.
• "Offer" shall mean discount vouchers provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of products/services using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from October 15, 2016 to January 25, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Alliance Period" shall mean the period commencing from October 15, 2016 to January 25, 2017, both days inclusive
• "Website" shall mean the following https://www.inoxmovies.com of the alliance partner
• "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the Website.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets facility/service.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available only for the Customers using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period. The communication would be in digital medium.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The offer is valid for first time users only i.e. the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s who open an iWish Recurring deposit in the offer period for first time.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s shall be required to open an iWish Recurring Deposit for the Offer Period.

III. The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria

• The ICICI Bank Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Alliance Period or until the discount vouchers lasts with the Alliance Partner whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is valid only in the cities which have INOX theatres. For details of the same visit https://www.inoxmovies.com
• User has to redeem the discount voucher from INOX link in this period.

IV. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to you solely by Alliance Partner . ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner .
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the alliance partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at contact@inoxmovies.com.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Program Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s ceases to be an ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the offer without any prior notice.

V. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Maximum one unique code can be availed in a transaction.
• The discount amount cannot exceed Rs.250/- per transaction. Any additional amount has to be borne by the customer.
• Discount is applicable only on ticket price. Convenience fee is levied on each ticket (as applicable).
• User has to use unique code and ICICI Bank Net Banking to avail the offer.
• Please send your queries to contact@inoxmovies.com if discount has not been processed.
• Users will have to buy movie tickets through inoxmovies.com, INOX Mobile App and INOX Mobile Website to avail offer on tickets purchased.
• Offer is valid only for customers coming directly on inoxmovies.com and not via any other website.
• Offer is not valid at INOX Box Office.
• The current purchase process at inoxmovies.com will remain unchanged till the time where the user opts in for “ICICI Bank – Rs.250 Off”. After this stage the website will recognize the user and Offer related to the same and reduce the bill amount and inform the transacting user accordingly.
• In case you have applied for the “ICICI Bank – Rs.250 Off” offer, but the transaction doesn't go through for some reason, kindly wait for 20 minutes before re-trying to avail the discount again.
• “ICICI Bank – Rs.250 Off” offer is applicable on all INOX cinemas in India for which tickets can be booked through inoxmovies.com , INOX Mobile App and INOX Mobile Website.
• This offer cannot be combined with any offer / discounts / promotions available on inoxmovies.com
• Movie tickets are subject to availability at the respective INOX cinema.
• Tickets once bought online, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged in any form whatsoever.
• Once the booking is completed, the confirmation e-mail / SMS received from inoxmovies.com needs to be exchanged with cinema representative at Box Office or pick up from kiosk.
• Users shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any User(s) from the benefits of the Program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• INOX Leisure Ltd. general rules & regulations are applicable.
• ICICI Bank User(s) are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• INOX Leisure Ltd. & ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar to this Program or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• In addition to the above, this offer on the website is also subject to inoxmovies.com and ICICI Bank general Terms of Use. Kindly refer to www.inoxmovies.com Terms & Conditions on the homepage.
• User shall be required to give personal information and card details online for the tickets purchased on inoxmovies.com
• In case of any disputes, INOX Leisure Ltd. decision will be final.
• ICICI Bank offer is valid till January 15, 2017.
