Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing this Offer.
• “Customers" shall mean and include all the customers of ICICI Bank using ICICI Bank Net Banking, iMobile or Pockets app and those customer shall have to create an iWish Flexible Recurring Deposit.
• "Offer" shall mean Vouchers provided by the Alliance Partner on creation of iWish Flexible Recurring Deposit under Goal category Luxury (or Pampering) ->  Jewellery with Target amount ranging from Rs25000 to Rs 300000 for tenure ranging from 6 month to 18 months using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 18, 2017 to July 31, 2018. both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following www.BlueStone.com of the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transactions " shall mean wherein the iWish Flexible RD has not been successfully created using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets app.
• “Voucher” shall mean the electronic discount voucher that shall be given by the Alliance Partner that shall be used by the Customers on the Website.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets facility/service.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available only for the Customers using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period. The communication would be in digital medium. 
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s shall be required to open an iWish Recurring Deposit with below criteria during the Offer Period.

1. iWish Deposit need to be created under Goal category Luxury (or Pampering) ->  Jewellery
2. iWish Deposit Target Amount should ranging from Rs 25000 to Rs 300000.
3. iWish Deposit tenure should range from 6 month to 18 month.

On successful completion of 95% of the target amount till maturity, additional 5% discount will be provided by BlueStone on redemption.

• 5% discount on orders above value of Rs. 25,000
• 6% discount on orders above value of Rs. 60,000
• Eligible customers of this offer will get BlueStone Voucher code.The Voucher will be shared, via secured mailbox and SMS within 45 days after Goal Maturity Date.
• BlueStone will provide 5% discount while redemption
• In order to redeem the Voucher the Customer shall be required to transact online on the Website.
• The transaction amount on Website to redeem that voucher should be equal or more than that of Goal Target Amount.

BlueStone discount :

• 5% discount on orders above value of Rs. 25,000
• 6% discount on orders above value of Rs. 60,000

III. The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria

• The Customer(s) may avail the Offer until the Voucher lasts with the Alliance Partner .
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Customer has to redeem the Voucher from Website till the validity of voucher .
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Net Banking/iMobile/pockets Customer(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.

Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to you solely by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products/services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s under the Offer offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the card holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets user/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets .
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured Vouchers.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s ceases to be an ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the Offer without any prior notice.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Offer is applicable only on Diamond Jewellery.
• Offer is not applicable for Gold coins, Plain Gold jewellery, Solitaires, Platinum, only Gemstone and only Pearl.
