Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”), which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing various offers.
• “Customers" shall mean and include all the customers of ICICI Bank using ICICI Bank Net Banking, iMobile or Pockets app. that shall create an iWish Flexible Recurring Deposit.
• "Offer" shall mean Vouchers provided by the Alliance Partner on creation of iWish Flexible Recurring Deposit using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 24, 2018 to August 15, 2018 both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following www.amazon.in of the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transactions " shall mean where in the iWish Flexible RD has not been successfully created using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets
• “Gift Voucher” shall mean the electronic discount voucher that shall be given by the Alliance Partner that shall be used by the Customers on the Website.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets facility/service.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available only for the Customers using ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets and who are existing customers of iWish flexible recurring deposit and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period. The communication would be in digital medium.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of existing ICICI Bank Customer(s) who have opened iWish account in the past selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets User/s shall be required to open an iWish flexible Recurring Deposit during the Offer Period.
• The Offer is valid for first 3000 (three thousand) Customers only i.e. the first 3000(three thousand) iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s who open during the offer period and who are existing users of iWish.
• The Voucher and link to redeem the Voucher will be shared, via secured mailbox and SMS within 60 (sixty) days after the Offer Period is over.
• In order to redeem the Voucher the Customer shall be required to transact online on the Website.

III. The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria

• The Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the Voucher lasts with the Alliance Partner whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Customer has to redeem the Voucher from Website in this Offer Period.
• The maximum value of a Voucher to be provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 100(hundred).
• Only one Voucher per Customer can be availed through this Offer.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Net Banking/iMobile/pockets Customer(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.

IV.Steps to avail the Offer

• Customers shall be selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and must receive communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Customers of ICICI Bank using ICICI Bank Net Banking, iMobile or Pockets app shall open an iWish Recurring Deposit during the Offer Period.
• Customers of ICICI Bank using ICICI Bank Net Banking, iMobile or Pockets app shall redeem the Voucher from the Website in this Offer Period.
• The Voucher can be utilized by the Customers on the Website for purchasing products/services available on the Website.

V. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to you solely by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products/services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s under the Offer offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the cash back / discounts offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the card holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets user/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets .
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured Vouchers.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s ceases to be an ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer/s at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking/Pockets Customer.
• ICICI bank has the right to withdraw the Offer without any prior notice.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

VI. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Maximum one unique Voucher can be availed in a transaction that is not a Void Transaction.
• The maximum value of a Voucher to be provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 100 (hundred).
• Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) or their affiliates are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

• Amazon & ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
