Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who are ICICI Bank internet banking users.
• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Provogue India Ltd referred as Provogue”, “Innovative Retail Concepts Pvt Ltd, hereby referred to as bigbasket.com”, "Yatra India Pvt. Ltd, hereby referred to as Yatra” and “Reliance Retail Limited, hereby referred to as AJIO.com” who have entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer
• "Channel User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account maintained with ICICI Bank for purposes of ICICI Bank internet banking service(s) and who uses ICICI Bank internet banking as payment channel for its transaction.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Channel.
• “Offer” shall mean gifts made available to Customers be based on count and value of all the transactions done through Channel by the Customer during the Offer Period.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from April 02, 2018 to May 31, 2018 both days inclusive.
• "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/unsuccessful on the Channel.
• “Channel“ shall mean ICICI Bank’s internet banking channel. 

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. 

II. Offer

• Offer: Customer needs to do any transaction using ICICI Bank Internet Banking, the customer will receive the promo codes to avail discount at “Ajio”, “BigBasket”, “Yatra” and “Provogue” 

III. Steps to avail the Offer

• Customers can do any of the below transaction
  • Send money using NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or within ICICI Bank fund transfer
  • Pay your utility bills
  • Recharge Mobile
  • Shop online
  • Book IRCTC tickets
  • Pay Credit Card bill
  • Book Movie Tickets
  • Open iWish, Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit
• One Customer can be eligible only once as a winner under the Offer
• Customer will receive the promo codes within 45 days from the transaction date
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products delivered by Alliance Partners and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to respective Alliance Partners
• Concerns or queries regarding Offer should be communicated with the Bank before May 31 , 2018.
• Multiple funding to iWish will not be considered eligible for the contest. 

IV. General Terms and Conditions pertaining to the Offer

• The color representation of the rewards on the banners, landing page / mail, may not be similar to the one that shall get dispatched to the winner.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the any rewards and the services provided by Alliance Partner and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of product or other services provided by Alliance Partner shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Transactions using any other channel but the Channel; will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customers due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes as they are managed by partners.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• If the Customer ceases to be a Customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
• ICICI Bank has the right to withdraw the Offer without any prior notice.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to ICICI Bank’s 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE
• This Offer is applicable only for Value Banking, Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking Customers.
• NRI Customers will not be eligible for the Offers 

V. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Ajio.com

• The AJIO ₹500 Coupon Offer is a promotional offer made by AJIO in partnership with ICICI for the sale of select products on its website, and mobile and tablet applications (“AJIO Platforms”).
• The AJIO ₹500 Coupon Offer is valid on apparels and accessories only, and is not valid on [tech products] and products in the innerwear category (“Selected Products”).
• Users who purchase through ICICI payment mode between [insert date] and [insert date] will be sent a coupon (“AJIO ₹500 Coupon”), which may be used to avail a discount of ₹500 on the purchase of Selected Platforms worth a minimum cart value of ₹1500 from the AJIO Platforms.

VI. Terms and Conditions prescribed by BigBasket.com

• 20% discount on transactions through ICICI Bank Internet banking
• Minimum Transaction Value Rs.500
• Maximum Discount Rs.200
• Offer valid only on first transactions at BigBasket
• Offer Valid only on ICICI Bank Internet banking, Debit & Credit Cards
• Offer Valid from till June 30, 2018
• The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Net Banking User shall be required to make a transaction/purchase on the Website using ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) during the Offer valid till June 30, 2018
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.

• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at bigbasket.com without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only up to a period of 30 days after the date of transaction/purchase. 

VII. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Provogue

• Customer will have to pay handling charges as per assigned terms and conditions by Alliance Partner.
• Selected product shall be delivered to customer by Alliance Partner within 21 working days.
• Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Alliance Partner shall not be liable for any claims or grievances solely attributable to ICICI Bank Net banking services of ICICI bank.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the below mentioned email id icici@provogue.com without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner within 15 working days of transaction.

VIII. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Yatra

• This marketing program ("Programs") from Yatra and ICICI Bank is open to the selected set of ICICI Bank Internet Banking users
• This offer is valid only on online confirmed domestic flight bookings made through Yatra.
• Offer is valid on Mobile App.
• On Mobile app, the offer is valid on android and iOS based devices only.
• This offer cannot be exchanged or clubbed with any other offer running on the App.
• The offer is not valid for Travel agents.
• In case of refund, the discounted amount will be deducted from the total refund due.
• Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• The decision of Yatra in all matters in connection with or incidental to this offer would be final and binding.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
• All standard terms and conditions mentioned on Yatra.com website would apply.
• All disputes arising out of, or in connection with this offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Court at Gurgaon.
