• “Alliance Partner” shall mean The Travel Corporation (2011) Pte Ltd, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card(VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 1^st September 2021 to 31^st March 2022, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Guest then chooses to surf the website for details or connects with the Holiday experts directly for information as per their preference.

• Once the guest finalizes their trip, He/She contacts the holiday experts (as per contact shared for blocking the seats. Note: the offer is valid for bookings made offline through the experts only & not valid for online bookings
• The Holiday experts then blocks the seats and advises the booking reference No. along with the time-limit for making deposit payments to confirm the seats (General timelines given are 48 hrs)
• The Guest then receives the payment Gateway link through which he/she can enter the booking reference and makes the payment online through their ICICI credit/debit card towards the advance Deposit.
• The Deposit paid invoice is then shared along with the details of Final payment deadline (as per the offer conditions of that specific booking)
• Guest will be reminded one week before the final payment deadline on the amount payable to reconfirm his/her booking
• Guest can log in with the same booking reference using the payment gateway link and makes the balance payments
• Once balance payment is received, An e-voucher of TATA CLIQ & e-Gift Voucher of Taj Hotels will be shared with the Guest on their Email id – within 10 days. The Validity of which would start from the date it is issued to them. And the Complimentary bottle of wine & fruit or chocolate platter will be offered while on Trip.
• All disputes pertaining to the Vouchers need to be raised with the support team of Tata Cliq & Taj hotels Vouchers for resolution and TTC has no role in the same.

• The offer can be clubbed with other brochure discounts and any other limited period special promotions that may be floated by TTC on above mentioned brands
• The offer is applicable for bookings made at the direct office of The Travel Corporation in Mumbai and are not applicable for bookings made through travel agent or any other intermediate partners
• TTC would share a specific contact number and an exclusive email id for all such bookings.
• The Initial Deposit payments to be made through ICICI cards to avail the offer
• The gifts vouchers shall be sent upon making the full payments of the trip.
• In the event of any Cancellations post receiving the gift vouchers, the value of the gift vouchers shall be payable by the guest

• All applicable Terms & Conditions of Tata Cliq e-voucher & Taj Hotels gift vouchers will have to be adhered to and any disputes in that regard need to be raised with the respective support center directly by the guest and TTC will have no control on the same.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the Program/Offer offered by the Alliance Partner/s.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The cash back/ discount /assured gift / prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
