Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Big Tree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer, further described in Section II.
• “Customer” shall mean a person who holds a savings account and/or any other type of account(s), with ICICI Bank, which are eligible to use ICICI Bank internet banking services, and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Gift Voucher” shall mean vouchers worth INR 500 (five hundred), issued by the Alliance Partner, which can be redeemed only on the Website of the Alliance Partner.
• "Offer” refers to the presentation of Gift Vouchers, upon the Customer using ICICI Bank internet banking services, during the Offer Period on the Website, in accordance with the offer construct, as detailed below.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 22, 2020 to January 31, 2020, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to be ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Secured Inbox” shall mean the inbox available after logging into ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.bookmyshow.com, and shall also include the mobile application of the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean a transaction wherein either a transaction has not taken place or transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

II. Offer Construct

• First 300 customers every day during the offer period, who do their first purchase at any website or application using Internet Banking are eligible.
• A Customer can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period.
• Eligible Customers would be informed through communication on their Secured Inbox or by SMS, about the Gift Voucher, within 60 (sixty) working days post end of the Offer Period.
• The validity of the Gift Voucher will be for 3 months (90days) from the date the Gift Voucher is received in the Secured Inbox.
• Offer is not valid on Void Transactions.

II. How to Redeem the Gift Voucher

• Log on to the Website.
• Select location, event, venue, show date, time & seats of your preference.
• On payment page, click on the “More Payment Options” & click on the "Gift Voucher" tab to enter the Gift Voucher e-code in the text box that appears & click on "Apply" button to redeem the Gift Voucher.

IV. General Terms prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products and services of third parties, payment for which is made by use of the ICICI Bank internet banking services and complaints, if any, about the same shall be re-directed to respective third parties.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to ICICI Bank internet banking team within 5 days after the date of the transaction/purchase. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify eligible Customers from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of ICICI Bank internet banking services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customers selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer
• Participation in the Offer by the Customers is voluntary.
• The Customers may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by the Alliance
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the Customer ceases to be a Customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
