Definitions

• “HMIL” shall mean Hyundai Motor India Limited, who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Card” shall mean Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit Card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Rupay) which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• “Card Holder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• “Program/Offer” shall mean such cashback(s) provided by ICICI Bank to Customer(s) who book on HMIL Website using the Card, and purchase the Product(s) during the Offer Period.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 3, 2020 to February 29, 2020, both days inclusive.
• “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to Card facility/service and available on the website of ICICI Bank.
• “Product(s)” shall mean all the variants of the Hyundai Aura offered by HMIL for which Program/Offer shall be applicable.
• “Website” shall mean the website of HMIL: bookonline.hyundai.co.in
• "Void Transactions " shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction is either unsuccessful or where the transaction has taken place, but has been unsuccessful/ cancelled/rejected/ by ICICI Bank or HMIL.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer:

Book the Product(s) on the Website using the Card and get Rs. 1,000/- cashback on successful car loan disbursement through ICICI Bank car loan facility.

Steps to avail Offer:

• Book the Product(s) on the Website using the Card.
• Apply for ICICI Bank car loan at HMIL dealer.
• Upon purchase of the Product(s), get Rs. 1,000/- cashback from ICICI Bank subject to successful loan disbursement in the account to which the Card is linked (which was used for making the booking payment for the Product(s)).

Offer Details:

• Minimum booking amount: Rs 10,000/-.
• Offer is valid only on online booking made during the Offer Period.
• Valid on only one transaction during the Offer Period.
• Car loan disbursement period – January 3, 2020- to April 30, 2020 (both days inclusive).
• Cashback will be credited within 90 days of car loan disbursement to Card account.
• Cashback is not applicable on Business, Commercial and Corporate Credit Cards.
• Offer is valid on booking through the Website only using the Card.
• Offer is not applicable on Void Transactions.

Other terms & conditions

• The Offer shall be available only during the Offer Period unless extended by HMIL and ICICI Bank by mutual consent in writing.
• Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 10,000/- on a Card will not be eligible for the Offer.
• To be eligible for the offer, the car loan should be availed in the name of Card Holder of the Card which is used for booking the Product(s).
• Any query regarding the Program details will be entertained upto May 31, 2020. Beyond May 31, 2020, HMIL & ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any Card Holder. Any issue with respect to cashback will be entertained only till August 31, 2020.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered on the Card can be availed by the Card Holder(s) apart of this Offer as mentioned in the communication.
• In case the car loan availed by the Cardholder is cancelled at any point within 6 months after the last date of the Program/Offer Period, ICICI Bank reserves the right to reverse the benefits of the Cash Back from the Card Account of the Card Holder/s.
• Under no circumstance shall the Offer be encashable.
• ICICI Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to HMIL.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Card Holder either through mailers or advertised on ICICI website, are for reference only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. ICICI Bank under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
• All government levies like TDS, any local tax, Octroi, GST etc., shall be payable by the Card Holder, as applicable.
• Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

• Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program. Any such participation shall be deemed to be voluntary.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by HMIL.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Product(s).
• Any dispute or claim regarding the Product(s) must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with HMIL directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the Product(s) availed by the Card Holder/s.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by HMIL and ICICI Bank in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
• If the Card Holder(s) ceases to be a Card Holder at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such person. No two offers can be clubbed or availed together. In case, Card Holder(s) is eligible for two offers then the Card Holder(s) will receive better of the two offers.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
• Car loan should be availed in the same name that is mentioned on the Card.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
