• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Grofers, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Cash Back" shall mean the amount credited back to the Grofers wallet, calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount arrived at on the basis of the approval/authorization code appearing on the chargeslip generated upon making a retail purchase by ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from February 05, 2021 to March 31, 2021 for Grofers Website, Mobile-site & App.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.grofers.com
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Steps to avail the offer from ICICI Net Banking:

1. Log on to www.grofers.com or Grofers mobile app
2. Add products to your shopping carts
3. Enter the promo code ICICINB150 under “Promo Code & Bank Offers” at the time of checkout
4. Make the payment in full using an eligible ICICI Net Banking account
5. The minimum transaction value should be Rs.2000

The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria:

1. Netbanking users can avail Grofers Cashback of Rs 150 on a purchase of Rs.2000 & above through www.grofers.com or mobile app using the promo code ICICINB150
2. The minimum transaction to be made through ICICI netbanking to be eligible for this offer is Rs.2000. Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer. 
3. Minimum checkout amount should be Rs.2000 after excluding the Grofers Cash & Orange Cash
4. Offer can be availed only on a Friday
5. Offer is valid once per user b/w February 05, 2021 to March 31, 2021. Maximum cashback which can be availed per user is Rs.150, during the offer period
6. Offer is applicable on one transaction per netbanking account
7. The Cashback will be credited to the user's Grofers Wallet within 30 days of placing the order and only after successful delivery of the order
8. Cashback will not be credited for the canceled orders 
9. In case of partial refunds/ part cancellations, Cashback will be processed on Pro-rata basis

• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products and services of third parties, payment for which is made by use of the ICICI Bank internet banking services and complaints, if any, about the same shall be re-directed to respective third parties.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to ICICI Bank internet banking team within 5 days after the date of the transaction/purchase. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. • ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank customer at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer.
