Terms and Condition

Definitions

• "Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet or has downloaded iMobile on a smartphone, or has a valid internet banking account.
• "Offer" shall mean doing a successful Google Play recharge code transaction using the Channel for a minimum amount of INR 100 (hundred).
• "Offer Period" will be from January 16, 2018 to February 11, 2018 both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking/Mobile banking/Pockets facility/service
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
• "Website" shall mean the following website of ICICI Bank. i.e. www.icicibank.com/pockets
• “Channel” shall mean ICICI Bank's internet banking/mobile banking/Pockets facility/service
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer Construct

• Free in app items will only be given if Customer is eligible and enters/selects the promo-code enabled for Google Play recharge code service using the Channel.
• On doing a successful transaction for Google Play recharge code services of INR 100 (hundred) or higher using the Channel, Customer will get the offer according to the grid.
• Wallets with status as Lost/Stolen/Blocked will not be eligible for this Offer.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• Offer can be redeemed once per Customer during the Offer Period
• Open to Customers who purchase a Google Play recharge code at ICICI Bank between January 16, 2018 to February 11, 2018
• Any images used in promotions are for illustration purpose only.
• In case the transaction fails for any reason Customer shall not be eligible for the Offer.
• The Pockets Google play recharge Offer will not be applicable in case the balance in the Pockets wallet exceed INR 10,000(twenty thousand) at any point in time.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer/s.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All communication / queries with regard to this Offer should be addressed directly on pockets@icicibank.com
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• If the Customer ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such Customer.
• This Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the Offer and the discounts provided by the Alliance Partner and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Offer or other discounts provided by the Alliance Partner, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the smartphone availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Offer or the discount.
• Open to customers who purchase a Google Play Recharge Code using iMobile app, Internet Banking or Pockets between January 16, 2018 to February 11, 2018
