Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Thomas Cook (India) Pvt Ltd”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) “shall mean  internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Card" refers to any Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) or Debit Card (Electron/Maestro) issued to the Cardholder by any issuing bank in India or abroad.
• "Cardholder/s" refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank net banking and ICICI Bank Debit Cards, on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI .
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Domestic and International hotels on www.thomascook.in using ICICI Bank net banking services /Cards during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 01, 2016 to March 31, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/ service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner ie   www.thomascook.in
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by ThomasCook.in.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

III. Terms & Conditions

• Offer will be valid only on Goibibo Website ,Mobile and App.
• Offer valid till 31^st March 2018
• The offer is valid on bookings made using ICICI BANK cards , Net banking issued in India only.
• The customer must enter the promo code in the Deal Code field for respective product category on the Goibibo mobile and/or app.
• Customers booking using Promo Codes , shall not be eligible for GoCash & GoCash+ usage (regardless in the account)
• This offer is valid only on the first 2 transactions(only repeat users offer) per card during the offer period
• New user offer can be used only once per customer during the offer period
• Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate deal code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the offer.
• Products and services are subject to availability.
• For any card related claims/ issues, the customer shall approach ICICI BANK and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.
• The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer on the same booking ID. The Offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
• In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
• Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
• ICICI BANK and Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
