•   “Alliance partner” shall mean Easy Trip Planners Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid VISA/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card or a valid VISA/Mastercard/Amex Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank or is using ICICI Bank Net Banking services and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

• “Card" shall mean Credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.

• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card.

• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan/facility account(s), depository account(s), and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).

• “Offer” shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period at participating stores.

• “Offer Period” shall mean every Tuesday from October 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023 both days inclusive.

• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• “Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Maximum discount is Rs 3,500 for 3-star hotels, Rs 4,500 for 4-star hotels, & Rs 5,500 for 5-star hotels.

2. Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer:

• ICICI Bank credit cardholders

• ICICI Bank debit cardholders

• ICICI Bank internet banking users

3. Offer Period: October 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023 

• The offer can’t be clubbed with any other promotional offer

• Offer / Stay Date / Booking Date validity will be till 31^st December 2023

• GST is excluded  from discount and will be applicable as per government slabs

• Offer not valid on Blackout / Long weekends and sold-out dates

•  Offer is valid only on room only basis

• Offer not valid on extra child and extra Adult

• Any extra service charges are excluded from the discount

• The discount will be based on rack rate amount

• The rates are based on per room per night

• Cancellation and modification will be applicable as per the hotelier

• Cancellation and modification charges will be applicable as per the hotelier

• Offer valid on selected hotels & selected room categories

• Offer is valid only for ICICI Bank customers

• Bookings with valid promo code only will be eligible for this offer.

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and discount will be rolled back before processing the refunds

• Changes in names are not allowed

• Child / infant discount, date change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, black out period, travel restrictions will be also applicable as per the fare rule.

• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers

• EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.

• In addition, EaseMyTrip standard booking and privacy policy on www.EaseMyTrip.com shall apply

• In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction

• EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether

• EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure 

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by EaseMyTrip.

• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the customers with EaseMyTrip directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the customers under the said Offer offered by EaseMyTrip.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customers from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the internet banking account.

• The customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by EaseMyTrip in this regard.

• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the customers shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the customers.
