• “AlliancePartner” shallmean “Flipkart Advanz Private Limited”,whohasenteredintoanallianceagreementwithICICIBankforpurposeofprovidingtheOffer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/Master/AMEX), or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card.
