• Alliance Partner" shall mean “Fitternity Health E Solution Pvt Ltd” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

• FitTv is your personal membership of premium workout videos on Fitternity; it cannot be used by your friends or family members.
• FitTv curated videos are a proprietary offering of our partners.
• Recording of FitTv videos or sharing them on any other platform without the permission of Fitternity is a punishable offense.
• FitTv is a proprietary offering of Fitternity.
• Fitternity reserves the right to revise, update and amend the list of workout videos available on FitTv.
• FitTv is an arrangement /agreement /membership of Fitternity. All issues, doubts or clarification concerning FitTv should be communicated with Fitternity only.
• In case the user is found misusing any of the FitTv services, action will be taken & he/she will be penalized at the discretion of Fitternity.
• In case of any injury or accident, any claims on Fitternity would not be applicable whatsoever.
• In case of any dispute, the decision made by Fitternity would be final.

a) Terms prescribed by for ICICI Bank Netbanking Users

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
