Customer needs to spend as per the communicated target for the specified period. Customer will get a cashback if he/she achieves the given target of spends, as communicated by ICICI Bank for this offer
In case the customer has multiple ICICI Bank Credit Cards, he/she can use any one of the active Credit Cards. However, entire targeted spends need to be done from a single Credit Card
Offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Card
Registration is mandatory for participating. It can be done by giving a missed call on 7574890000 from your registered mobile number
Cashback will be credited within 60 days from the offer end date.

"Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card
"Card" shall mean ICICI Bank Credit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the offer Period

ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the offer, or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or any prior intimation
The offer may not be available to some card holders due to their location, or for any other reason whatsoever
In all matters relating to the offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects
The benefits under this offer are non-transferable, non-binding, non-cashable, and cannot be clubbed, or substituted or exchanged with any other offer that may be made available to the card holders by ICICI Bank, unless specified
In case of conflict between the terms & conditions of the ICICI Bank, the terms and conditions of ICICI Bank shall prevail
In case any inconsistency between the primary terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of the offer, the primary terms shall prevail
