Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Food Panda, an entity which has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Gift.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a resident Indian individual who has an ICICI Bank Resident Savings Account and opens a Fixed Deposit (as defined hereunder) during the Offer Period and subject to such terms and conditions as shall be specified by ICICI Bank from time to time.
• "Fixed Deposit" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit opened by a Customer/s, for a minimum value of Rs. 10,000/- subject to a maximum amount of Rs One Crore (Rs. 1,00,00,000/-)., during the Offer Period and shall exclude any Linked Fixed Deposits including Money Multiplier Fixed Deposits, Quantum Optima Fixed Deposits, Fixed Deposits opened in the name of proprietors, partnerships, companies, trusts and societies, and such existing Fixed Deposits which are renewed during the Offer Period.
• “Value Date” is the date from which the Customer starts to get the interest rate benefit on his/her Fixed Deposit
• "Offer" shall mean the Gift being provided to the Customer/s on opening a Fixed Deposit with ICICI Bank during the Offer Period.
• "Gift / Gift Voucher" shall mean flat Rs.100 off on minimum order value of Rs.300 on Food Panda, provided by Alliance Partner ,on opening a Fixed Deposit during the Offer Period basis the eligibility specified by ICICI Bank therein. Gift Voucher to be shared with customer via SMS/Email. No physical voucher involved.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from June 15, 2017 to July 31, 2017, both dates inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean www.icicibank.com.

Offer Construct

• The Customer shall get a Gift Voucher for flat Rs.100 off on bill value of Rs.300
• The Gift Voucher code will be communicated to you by SMS or email
• Offer Period: From June 15, 2017 to July 31, 2017

Steps to avail the offer:

• The Customer shall visit www.foodpanda.com
• The Customer shall select the products that the Customer wants to order
• At the checkout page, the Customer shall enter the promo code
• The Customer shall make the payment via ICICI bank Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking

Terms & Conditions for Fixed Deposit Promotional offer

• These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and regulate the Fixed Deposit promotional offer provided by ICICI Bank and are in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank’s Fixed Deposit and Terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking services (the “Primary Terms and Conditions”) as available on www.icicibank.com. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as specified under Primary Terms and Conditions.

Offer

• The Offer is valid only for Customer/s who open a new Fixed Deposit during the Offer Period.
• The Offer is valid for Fixed Deposit opened through Internet Banking, Phone Banking, iMobile.
• Value Date of the Fixed Deposit shall be considered for being eligible for the Offer.
• Only one Gift Voucher shall be given per Customer irrespective of the number of Fixed Deposits opened by the Customer during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
• ICICI Bank employees shall also be eligible for the Offer
• This Gift Voucher has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption is not allowed.
• This Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another gift voucher/gift card.
• Gift Voucher is valid till September 30, 2017
• Customer/s would receive the promo code within 10 working days from the date of opening of eligible Fixed Deposit account.
• The Gift Voucher code details would be shared with the Customer on registered email id and mobile number
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s)/Cardholder(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Offer is not applicable for wealth segment accounts
• Maximum of Rs.100 can be availed on a minimum order of Rs.300
• Apply Promo Code to avail the offer
• The voucher is valid for one time use only per customer
• Offer is valid only on online payments till September 30, 2017
• Offer is not valid on Dominos, Subway, KFC, Pizza Hut ordered through Food Panda
• Discount can be availed in the cities as mentioned below in Annexure

Terms and Conditions Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to the Customer/s solely by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute any claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Alliance Partner. In the event of any customer claims arising due to any acts and omission on the part of ICICI or claims or fraud related to the net banking, ICICI shall be liable to address such disputes.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at Aachi Group of companies, Ishwarya Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600040, Tamilnadu without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner within 15 working days of transaction.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the Customer/s ICICI Bank from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank and Alliance Partner together reserve the right to modify/ change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever after the Program Period.
• If the ICICI Bank Customer ceases to be an ICICI customer at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such person.

• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other running offer
• Offer is valid only on delivery orders and cannot be availed for pick up orders
• In no case whatsoever can the discount amount be refunded, encashed or partly encashed

• Food panda reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter the Offer at any time without prior notice
• Food panda reserves the right to deny the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer
• In no event shall food panda be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer
• All disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction
