• “Alliancepartner” shall mean Avenue Supermarts Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/Mastercard/Amex Debit card or holds a valid VISA/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Card" shall mean Debit card/Credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card.
• “Offer” shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit/Credit Cards or ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI Transactions, during the Offer Period at participating stores.
• “OfferPeriod” shall mean the period from 1^st April to 7^th April 2021 (both days inclusive), 1^st May to 7^th May 2021 (both days inclusive), and 1^st June to 7^th June 2021 (both days inclusive). It will also include all Saturdays & Sundays between 1^st April, 2021 to 30^th June, 2021 for online portal.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “VoidTransactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer 1:

5% cashback on minimum transaction of Rs. 3,000 at DMart retail stores PAN India or DMart Ready online portal using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards. Maximum cashback of Rs. 400 per card. Applicable only on the first valid transaction per card in each calendar month.

Offer 2:

5% cashback on minimum transaction of Rs. 3,000 at DMart Ready online portal using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards. Maximum cashback of Rs. 400 per card. Applicable only on the first valid transaction per card in each calendar month.

Offer 1:

• April 1, 2021 to April 7, 2021
• May 1, 2021 to May 7, 2021

Offer 2:

• All Saturdays & Sundays between April 8, 2021 to April 30, 2021
• All Saturdays & Sundays between May 8, 2021 to May 31, 2021
• All Saturdays & Sundays between June 8, 2021 to June 30, 2021

• ICICI Bank Cardholder has to transact at DMart retail store or DMart Ready online portal for a minimum of Rs 3000 (net bill value) to qualify for Cashback program.
• Maximum cashback of Rs 400 per card in each calendar month during the offer period for each Offer 1 & Offer 2.
• Offer will be applicable on ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Cards only.
• Offer is also valid on Amazon Pay Credit Card.
• Offer not applicable on Business, Commercial, and Corporate Cards.
• Cashback will be credited to eligible cardholder’s primary account to which the Credit Card or Debit Card is linked within 10 working days post transaction date on best effort basis for Offer 1.
• Cashback will be credited to eligible cardholder’s primary account to which the Credit Card or Debit Card is linked within the 15^th of the subsequent month for Offer 2.
• A customer can avail a maximum cashback of Rs. 400 for the first valid transaction only in each calendar month during the offer period for each Offer 1 & Offer 2. Subsequent transactions shall not be applicable for cashback.
• Cashback applicable only for the first valid transaction in each calendar month for each Offer 1 & Offer 2, which is fulfilling all conditions including Net Transaction value as mentioned in offer details.
• Net Transaction Value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less discount offered to the card holders at the retail stores or online portal.
• The cash back is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
• No two offers can be clubbed or availed together. In case, customer is eligible for two offers then customer will receive better of the two offers.
• Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 90 days post the Offer period date. Past such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any cardholder.
• Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered in the Offer Period be settled in lieu with cash by Bank or by Merchant.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised in our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Bank under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
• All government levies like TDS, any Local Tax, GST, etc., shall be payable by the cardholder as applicable.
• The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of DMart and ICICI Bank.
• The decision of DMart and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by DMart.
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with DMart store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by DMart.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by DMart in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
