iTERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This marketing programme (“Programme”) is from ICICI BANK Bank Limited (“ICICI BANK Bank Credit cards”) under an arrangement with DLF Power & Services Limited (“DLF”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI BANK Bank Credit card (“ICICI BANK Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by ICICI BANK and/or DLF.

   Offer is only valid for shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / MasterCard & ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card & Business Card).

2. Under this programme:
   • ICICI BANK Cardholder can avail 10% Cash Back on minimum spends worth Rs. 15000/- or greater at participating outlets of DLF Shopping Malls (mentioned on www.icicibank.com) using ICICI BANK Credit card, during the Programme.
   • Max cash back per card account is capped to Rs. 10000/- for the Programme effective from 1^st December 2019 to 31^st January 2020 (both days included). Number of transaction shall be minimum three (03) across the DLF Malls’ outlets during the Programme.

3. The ICICI BANK credit Cardholder will be eligible for only one ICICI BANK Card offer on a particular eligible transaction, whichever is better, in a scenario where the purchase may be covered under different cashback offers.
4. This Programme is not applicable on ICICI BANK Debit Card.
5. Cash back to be credited to the card account by April 30^th, 2020.
6. Any query regarding the Programme will be entertained till 28^th February, 2020 & queries regarding the cash back will be entertained till March 31^st, 2020 by ICICI BANK. Post such date, ICICI BANK will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme or cash back from any cardholder.
7. ICICI BANK or DLF (individually or collectively) does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to the respective merchants.
8. The exclusive offers/discounts under this Programme cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
9. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the ICICI BANK Cardholders apart from this exclusive Programme as mentioned in the communication.
10. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mails or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. ICICI BANK or DLF shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
11. Cashback is offered by ICICI BANK.
12. Products offered under this programme are subject to availability from the respective participating outlets of DLF and accordingly ICICI BANK in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
13. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Programme be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI BANK or by DLF.
14. All government levies like GST, Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the ICICI BANK Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programme were offered.
15. ICICI BANK Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programme. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
16. ICICI BANK and DLF reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme at any time with/without prior notice to the ICICI BANK Cardholders.
17. DLF Participating Malls include- DLF Mall of India, NOIDA, DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj, DLF Cyber Hub, Gurgaon, DLF City Centre, Chandigarh.
18. Note: - DLF is only a participating company as per the commercial between ICICI BANK and DLF and any query, disputes, third party claims etc. relating to this Programme will be settled/handled by ICICI BANK Bank on their own.
