• The Card member must present his/her valid Participating Bank Credit/Debit/Travel/Prepaid Card to the restaurant and state the intention to use the offer before asking for the bill.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discounts or promotions or vouchers or 'Sunday Brunches' or 'Happy Hours' or any other such promotions
• The Offers mentioned above are subject to change/withdrawal without prior notice
• This Offer has no monetary value, non- transferable, not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash
• In case of full/partial cancellation of the bill the offer stands void and cardholder will not be eligible for Offer.
• Offer is valid on A-la-carte only
• Offer is not valid on group bookings (i.e 8 pax and above)
• The discount is valid on only the net amount (excluding taxes or any other charges)
• Any applicable taxes must be paid by the cardholder
• In case of any escalation, a copy of the bill is mandatory to resolve
• The Offers are ongoing till the specified validity date

• Offer is not valid on Home Delivery
• In case the restaurant denies the Offer in-spite of adhering to all the terms & conditions listed under this Offer, please retain and share the copy of the bill within 72 hours of transaction for reference & resolution with the participating bank Customer Care unit
• Rights of admission are reserved by the restaurant
• Offer shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.
• The Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage / claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the Cardholder/s under the Campaign offered by the listed Restaurants.
• The Offer doesn't guarantee the Reservations & Admissions at participating restaurants (Dining Partner), we advise to contact the restaurant directly before visiting
