Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Devyani International Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank’s Pockets App customer" shall mean a person who has ICICI Bank’s Pocket app on their phones.
• "Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean a Debit Card or Credit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Pockets app, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing till November 15^th, 2016.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to thee ICICI Bank’s Pockets App.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Special Offer:

Merchant – Costa Coffee

Location – Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Mohali & Chennai

Discount Offer – 20% Discount on Minimum Billing of Rs. 299/- (NET of Taxes)

Period: Valid till 15th November 2016

Partner’s Terms & Conditions:

• Redressal process for the offers is as follows:
• All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi
• The user unconditionally accepts all T&C's and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. 
• Rights to amend terms & conditions are reserved with Devyani International Limited without prior notice. 
• Taxes Extra as applicable 
• Restaurant list may get added/Deleted time to time without prior notice. 
• Discounts applicable in select restaurants managed by Devyani International Ltd. across Delhi NCR
• Valid only on usage of contactless transactions done using ‘Touch & Pay’/Visa Pay wave cards
• Discounts not valid on any 3rd party MRP products such as Pepsi PET Bottle, Red Bull Cans etc. 
• Cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions/offer/Meal Deals/Pre-bundled meals/Corporate Discounts/Value Meals etc.
• Valid only on Ala Carte ordering
• Valid only in Select Participating Stores. 
• Not Valid on Alcoholic Beverages. 
• Not Valid in Airports & Prepaid Food Court Stores. 
• Valid only on Dine In & Carry Out. 
• Maximum cashback is Rs 400/ transaction
• Valid on a minimum billing of Rs 299 only (Net/Excluding applicable Taxes & Service Charge)
• Valid till 15th November 2016
• If the customer does not get his/her offer at partner brands, the customer will have to write an email to visaoffers@poshvine.com stating the issue + attached bill copy.
• PoshVine will then take this issue up with the brand for a redressal.
• As a part of the redressal mechanism, if the dispute is valid, the brand will have to refund the merchants card with the said discount.
• PoshVine will work with the partner brand to settle the issue and communicate to the Cardholder within 48 hours
• The refund will take 10-15 days

III. How to avail the offer?

After receiving your bill at the merchant, please follow the below mentioned step to earn a cashback

• Login to Pockets app
• Click on touch & pay icon on Pockets home screen
• Select any one of your ICICI Bank VISA Credit/Debit card & click on ‘Pay’
• Just hold your phone near the merchant terminal
• Your payment is made

IV. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Devyani International Limited. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Devyani International Limited directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Devyani International Limited
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Devyani International Limited or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Devyani International Limited in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
