• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Croma, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank“) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card or a valid ICICI Bank VISA/Mastercard/Amex Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit/Debit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Cardholder" shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card.
• "Offer" shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period at participating stores.
• "Offer Period" shall mean every Wednesday & Thursday in the period commencing from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 both days inclusive.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
• "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

10% discount on minimum purchase of Rs 10,000 at Croma retail stores or croma.com website using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards and Credit /Debit Card EMI transactions. Max discount of Rs 2,000 for Non EMI transactions and Rs 3,000 for EMI transactions.

✓ Regular Offer:

• Offer 1 – Flat Rs 500 discount on purchase of Rs 10,000 – Rs 14,999 website using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit cards.
• Offer 2 – Flat Rs 1,000 discount on purchase of Rs 15,000 – Rs 49,999 & flat Rs 2,000 discount on purchase of Rs 50,000 & above using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit cards.
• Offer 3 – Flat Rs 1,250 discount on purchase of Rs 15,000 – Rs 49,999 & flat Rs 2,500 discount on purchase of Rs 50,000 & above using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit card EMI transactions.

• For qualifying transactions at stores, discount will be instant.
• For qualifying transactions at croma.com website, discount will be provided in the form of Croma GV (Gift Voucher) within 90 working days.

3) Offer Period:

✓ Festive offer: Every Wednesday & Thursday between October 1, 2021 to November 7, 2021 at both Croma stores & croma.com website.

✓ Regular offer: Every Wednesday & Thursday between November 8, 2021 to December 31, 2021. On Wednesday, offer will be applicable only at croma.com website. On Thursday, offer will be applicable at Croma stores & croma.com website.

✓ Festive offer:

• For transactions on croma.com, the cashback will be processed within 90 working days once the product is delivered.
• Eligible bank customer has to select the bank offer on the payment page to avail the offer.
• Non–eligible bank customer will receive appropriate error messages and can proceed without the instant discount.
• Instant discount will not be extended for the customer if he/she fails to select the bank offer.
• Maximum Cash back under the offer will be Rs. 3,000 at a card level.
• Offer will not be applicable on Business, Commercial & Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
• Offer cannot be combined with brand EMI offer.
• Program is applicable only on transactions done on campaign days & will not be applicable on any other day of the week.
• Cashback will not be applicable on advance invoice.
• Maximum 1 transaction on a card per week will be eligible for the offer, any further transaction using same card will not get the benefit of the offer. Only 1 card per invoice is eligible for cashback.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 7th November 2021. Post such date, ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
• Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Merchant.
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by ICICI Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• The Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only Infiniti Retail & ICICI Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Infiniti Retail Limited.
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the customer/s with Infiniti Retail Limited directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the customer/s under the said Offer offered by Infiniti Retail Limited.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customer/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The customer/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Infiniti Retail Limited in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the customer/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the customer/s.
