Yatra EMI Offer - Get up to Rs.5000 discount on Flight & Holiday bookings

• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / MasterCard/American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card & Business Card).
• "Cardholder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Instant EMI" refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of transactions performed using the retail Card on EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminal installed at participating stores or payment gateway of online merchant/s.
• “Offer”: Up to Rs.5000 discount on Domestic & International Flight bookings at Yatra with ICIC Bank Credit card EMI transactions
• "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021 (both days inclusive).
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

• Offer is valid only on Credit Card EMI transactions
• Offer applicable only on EMI tenures of 3,6,9,12 & 18 months
• Maximum 1 booking/Card/category is eligible for discount during the offer period
• Offer applicable at Yatra Website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only
• Instant Discount will be calculated exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation Protection, Taxes & Ancillaries fee
• Customers need to apply deal code as per the above table to avail the offer
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other deal code running on Yatra
• Offer is valid on multi city flights. These flights are booked through multi-city tab on website
• Offer is valid only on Ex-India flights i.e. Flights departing from any Indian airport
• Offer is NOT applicable on Corporate and Commercial cards.
• Offer is NOT applicable on part payment transactions.
• Discount will be calculated on Loan amount exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation Protection, Taxes & Ancillaries fee
• Offer valid on select hotels on select check-in dates
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotional discount or exchanged in cash
• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer
• Offer is NOT applicable on part payment transactions.
  • Offer is NOT applicable on transaction made partially or completely using Gift Cards
  • In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously from ICICI Bank, no two offers can be combined by the customer
  • This Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking
• Cardholder shall not be entitled for discount in the event of cancellation of booking. Yatra will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty
• All purchases made by the customer at www.yatra.com shall be governed by the standard Terms and Conditions (subject to changes) of Yatra, which includes without limitation User Agreement, Privacy Policy or any other product/service related terms and conditions appearing on Yatra’s website www.yatra.com 
• Offer is valid from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021

• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
