Terms and Condition

I. Definitions:

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean BookMyShow, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (Visa /Mastercard/Rupay), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card Services, during the Offer Period.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from September 16 to October 08, 2019, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Credit / Debit Card facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the Goods / services of the Alliance Partner, more particularly pertaining to BookMyShow, being purchased by the Customers.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms & Conditions of the offer:

• The offer is valid from 16th Sept 2019 to 8th Oct 2019 for booking of Navratri & Durga Puja Events listed on Bookmyshow App & Website.
• This offer is applicable only for BookMyShow logged in customers who have linked their account on BookMyShow App in Settings>Rewards>PAYBACK Or clicked on Earn Loyalty Points at checkout page on BookMyShow website to know more click on https://in.bookmyshow.com/offers/payback-points/PAYBACK
• Check the account linking (PAYBACK Card no or registered mobile no.) before transaction in Settings>Rewards>PAYBACK to know which card will be getting Points.

• Only existing PAYBACK Members will be eligible for the offer.
• This Offer is only applicable in following cities: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Baroda), NCR/Delhi.
• Eligible member will receive 10X Bonus Points within 60 days from the date of transaction
• 10X Bonus Points will only be credited if the customer has used ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card as Payment Mode.
• PAYBACK Members are eligible for Bonus Points for a maximum of 3 transactions per Loyalty Card No. or Linked Mobile Number.
• Minimum Transaction Value to Earn the Bonus Points is Rs. 400 per Loyalty Card No. or Linked Mobile Number.
• Redemption transactions or the value of points redeemed will not be eligible for bonus point offer.
• The decision to award Bonus Points will be of BookMyShow and will be final.

III. Other Terms and Conditions:

• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
• Images used in all the communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only.

• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
