Charter booking process 

Since charter requests are based on individual requirements. Each request is handled uniquely and presented with a customised solution. Charters can be booked by calling BLADE India Flier Relation –  1800 102 5233 or mailing us the requirement on customerservice@flyblade.in. 

For charters following information is required,

1. Date of travel 

2. Start and end destination 

3. Number of hours of stop 

4. Number of passengers and age of each pax

• Most helicopters can accommodate 5 and in some cases 6 pax
• Charter enquiry BLADE - TAT (turnaround time): 24 hours

Complimentary flight codes will be handed over to the customer on completion of charter flight

LUGGAGE: 4-5 soft bags not exceeding 7 kgs of weight per bag.  

CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel a flight by calling 1800 102 5233 or sending us an email to customerservice@flyblade.in.

1. No cancellation fee will be applied if cancellations are made 48 hours before the flight departure.
2. INR 25,000/- cancellation fee will be applied if cancellations are made within 48 hours before the flight departure
3. Balance amount will be refunded within 15 days in the same manner as it was paid.
4. Modification of booking is allowed until 24 hrs before departure, with a change fee of INR 15,000. Changes depend on aircraft availability.

6)     Steps & terms for the redemption of the free tickets

On completion of the charter, BLADE will  give a unique promocode to the customer for each type of offer.  Promo code to be shared with the FR time while making a booking for travel. Promo code can also be applied on the BLADE India website while making the booking.

2. Can be availed on all 'by-the-seat' routes of Maharashtra and Karnataka and on all the new routes that BLADE India launches during the duration of the offer period. 
3. For booking up to March 31, 2021
4. Offer for one time use only per customer. Offer code given to the customer against each will automatically expire upon use
5. Only one offer can be applied per booking 
6. This offer cannot be clubbed or exchanged with any other offer or discount extended by BLADE INDIA as part of any other arrangement.
7. 'By-the-seat' flight purchased under this offer cannot be transferred
8. Standard Cancellation, Baggage and Modification Policy by BLADE INDIA will apply

Cancellation/name change can be done by calling the Flier relations team. Cancelled ticket will open the complimentary ticket again for the duration of the offer. Standard BLADE cancellation policy will apply for the same:

4) Steps to avail the offer:

Option 1: Offline via BLADE India FR (Flier Relations) team

• Customer calls BLADE India FR Team
• Customer shares existing registered email ID as identification or shares details with FR team to register as a new member
• Customer shares travel details with FR team.
• On confirmation from the member on travel itinerary shared with the FR Team. FR team completes the request by filling in offer details and generating payment link.

Payment Option:

• BLADE India FR team sends payment link to the customer. Payment to be made using payment link within 2 hours of link generation. Link will automatically expire after 2 hours.
• Customer receives the invoice and flight confirmation via email
• The confirmation voucher is received on the registered email address 24 hours prior to the flying time.   

Option 2: Booking via BLADE India Website/Mobile App

New User: Customer creates a login ID and password for making booking

Existing user:

• Customer logs in using their ID and Password on the BLADE India Website and Mobile App
• Customer selects flight for travel
• Customer proceeds to check out and enters code (BLADE15ICICI) at 'apply code' section.
• The price gets updated, customer proceeds to make payment
• Customer receives the confirmation voucher via email

• Offer applicable on full fare flight vouchers only 
• Promo codes can be used multiple times during the duration of the offer 
• This offer can be availed for travel within existing BLADE India sectors (Maharashtra : Pune - Mumbai – Shirdi and Karnataka : Bangalore – Coorg – Kabini, HAL – Ecity – BIAL) 
• Offer can be availed multiple times till the offer period lasts
