Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean One 97 communications Pvt Ltd, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Membership” shall mean 1-year Membership of Paytm First Corporate pack.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from September 01 to September 10, 2020.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s).
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner Link - https://paytm.com/offer/customized-paytm-first-subscription-for-icici-bank/
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• “Secured Mail Box” shall mean the mailbox after logging in ti ICICI Bank Portal, link - http://bit.ly/2NP5lK

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Important terms and conditions of the Offer

• Everyday first 1000 customer who do their 1st payment using Net Banking will be eligible for this offer.
• Payments on websites and applications must be made using the Channel
• A Customer can win the gift card only once during the Offer Period
• Offer applicable only on successfully completed transactions of minimum value of Rs500/-
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products delivered by Merchant Partners and complaints, if any, about the same shall be re-directed to respective Merchant Partners.
• The Winners have to confirm the acceptance of the Offer to ICICI Bank if and when contacted through phone call to registered mobile number, SMS, Email or a message to secured inbox.
• The Gift Voucher code will be sent via SMS to Winners’ registered mobile number within 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of expiry of the Offer Period.
• The voucher code should be provided via mail, containing the landing page link. Where in the customer will fill in the code and other details. Paytm will whitelist that member from the backend within 3 working days
• The Winners shall redeem the Gift Voucher once they receive the details through SMS in the manner specified by ICICI Bank and /or the Alliance Partners.
• The Winners will need to visit the Merchant Partner’ website (https://paytm.com/offer/customized-paytm-first-subscription-for-icici-bank/) for redemption of the Gift Voucher .
• Concerns or queries regarding the Offer should be communicated with the Bank through email or phone banking before September 15, 2020.
• Offer is not valid on Void Transactions.

How to redeem the Gift Voucher?

1. Bank will provide Paytm First code for the corporate pack to the eligible user via mail in secure mailbox. (Link - http://bit.ly/2NP5lK)
2. Mail will also contain a landing page link, containing offer details and a google form for the customer to fill in details
3. User will share the name, paytm registered mobile number, email and Paytm first code in the google sheet
4. Paytm on receiving these details will activate the corporate pack for the user within 3 working days

Terms prescribed by Alliance Partner

Paytm First Terms & Conditions for the corporate pack

1. A push/emailer will be sent to inform the user that his Paytm First subscription has been activated.
2. The subscription will be started within 72hrs of the user filling the form.
3. A user is allowed to have only one Paytm First membership at a time. If a user already has Paytm First membership then “Paytm First-Corporate pack subscription” will not be activated.
4. User has to make sure that he fills the correct Paytm linked mobile number in the form. If the contact details are incorrect, Paytm will not be able to activate the membership.
5. User has to give the Paytm linked mobile number correctly in one go, once a membership has been activated on one account, it cannot be transferred to any other account.
6. Membership Cancellation: A user signed up for First membership through a third party, may need to contact the third party to cancel their membership or receive any refund under its applicable policies. Paytm will not be refunding any amount for the membership.
7. You may not transfer or assign your First membership or any First benefits, including promotion codes for First memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.
8. From time to time, Paytm may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove First membership benefits.
9. Agreement Changes: We may in our discretion change these Terms, Paytm's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of First membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
