Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited, herby referred to as “AJIO.com” who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October 08, 2020 to October 12, 2020, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.ajio.com
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

10% cashback on minimum transaction of Rs.2500. Max. Cashback of Rs.350 on the website www.ajio.com

• Offer Period: October 08, 2020 to October 12, 2020.

Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• The Instant Discount Offer is a promotional offer made by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) in partnership with AJIO Division of Reliance Retail Limited (“RRL”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platforms (“Specified Products”).
• The Instant Discount Offer will commence at [00:00:00 AM] on 08^th October, 2020, and continue until [23:59:59] on 12^th October, 2020, or such other date on which the Instant Discount Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Term of Instant Discount Offer”)
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the stores of merchant.
• Offer will be valid on transactions on the website www.ajio.com
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Users will be eligible to avail the Instant Discount Offer only if:
  • Users make payment for purchase of the Specified Products using select ICICI Bank Credit card or Debit card, as may be determined by ICICI Bank; and
  • the total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the Platforms is equal to or greater than Rs. 2,500.00, after taking into account all applicable Discounts.
• Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with paragraph 1.1.3 above, eligible Users will receive an Instant Discount of Flat 10% (maximum Instant Discount is of amount Rs. 350.00) (“Instant Discount Offer”).
• The Instant Discount Offer may be availed only once by each User during the Term of Instant Discount Offer.
• The Instant Discount Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO or ICICI Bank.
• If Users who have availed the Instant Discount Offer return all or part of the Specified Products purchased by them on the Platforms such that the value of their order falls below Rs. 2,500.00, they will not be eligible for return of purchased Specified Products. All products return would be entertained as per AJIO’s prevailing product return policy only.
• If Users have any issues with availing the Instant Discount Offer, Users may contact AJIO at [https://www.ajio.com/selfcare].
• The Instant Discount Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as ICICI Bank may notify from time to time.
• AJIO do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Instant Discount Offer. Maximum liability of AJIO is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Instant Discount Offer.
• Holding of the Instant Discount Offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
• AJIO (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers.
• All disputes are subject to the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction only.
• Clubbing or Splitting of 2 or more Bills to avail this offer is not permissible.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
• Offer not valid on Commercial, Corporate & Business cards.
• Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Decision of ICICI Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.

ICICI Bank Prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Merchant store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Merchant.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Merchant or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Merchant in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
